[Home-Baking] Whole-Wheat Ricotta Cheese Cobbler

If you want to eat fruit differently, there is a cobbler recipe that you can easily make at home. There are so many different types of cobblers, and there are many different types of cobblers in each household. While it is easy to make, the taste is deep and light (?). This time, I decided to try making it healthier by using especially whole wheat flour. First, lightly wash the blueberries and place them on a sieve. Rub the outside of the apple with baking soda, clean it, and cut it into small pieces. I needed about 3 tablespoons of butter, but I only have 2.5 tablespoons left, so I'll just use it as is. Chop it up into small pieces and place it in a baking glass bowl. Put it in the microwave for 45 seconds and it melts so well. You can use sugar or honey, but I found quince jam left in the refrigerator for a while and decided to use it today. Take a large tablespoon of jam and spread it on top of the melted butter. Sift 1 cup whole wheat flour through a sieve Sprinkle two tablespo...

Pajeon '파전' - Korean home cooking

As the school year begins, it is fun to pack lunches every day. The first rule when packing a lunch box is that you should never eat too much - because you sit for at least 6 hours and there are quite a variety of snacks to eat in between. One of the joys of going to school is to collect snacks like a squirrel every day in the office.  It's easy to forget.. Students and other professors often come to the office as well.  So, don't forget to hang a "Busy" sign outside when eating snacks.😉😉 When I opened the refrigerator, I found a bunch of chives that were automatically picked up every time I went shopping. So tomorrow's lunch menu is decided to be Pajeon! Ingredients 1. dough 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup milk 1 egg 2. Inside 1 scallion 1 cup frozen shrimp 1 green...

One of the things that have increased with the increase of online non-face-to-face c...

Alignment between National College Entrance Examinations and Mathematics Curriculum Standards: A Comparative Analysis

Dae S. Hong, Yejun Bae , Yu-Fen Wu http://doi.org/10.7468/jksmed.2019.22.3.153 | 2019 Korean Society of Mathematical Education ABSTRACT Measuring alignment of various educational components is an important issue in educational research because with aligned educational system, we can have clear expectations about what  to teach and assess. In this study, we examined the alignment between mathematics curriculum  standards and college entrance examinations from Korea and China. The results indicate that  curriculum standards and high stakes assessments from both countries are not well aligned to  each other. Their Surveys of Enacted Curriculum (SEC) indices were lower than what previous  studies have found and the critical values (Fulmer, 2011; Liu & Fulmer, 2008; Liu et al., 2009).  There are several topics that are not assessed in both countries’ national assessments. Also,  discrepancies between the most frequently covered topics in the curriculum ...
