Perfect summer desserts can be any pastry with summer fruits. It is the season of peach. It is definitely good if you just eat after washing, but it is also good if you bake fruits and enjoy them as warm desserts.
What we need:
a half package of filo dough
3 peaches
1 cup of butter
2 Tsp of brown sugar
cinnamon powder
raisins
How to make it:
1. Prepare fruit fillings. In the container, put peaches, raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon powder and mix them well.
* Preheat the oven over 425F.
2. On the silicon mat, place two sheets of filo dough and brush melted butter. repeat three times until you stack six sheets of filo dough a total.
3. On the long-side edge, place fillings like the photo. And using the silicon mat, rolling filo dough to make a roll.
4. Repeat make a roll and bake them for 15 minutes.
5. Once all rolls are baked, cut them into 4 pieces and serve with vanilla ice-cream. 😋😋
