Anyway, now I can say I love fish dishes - but still, cooked fish only. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to enjoyed amazing fish dishes at Lagos Balik Restaurant. Thank you, my buddy!

Pajeon '파전' - Korean home cooking

As the school year begins, it is fun to pack lunches every day. The first rule when packing a lunch box is that you should never eat too much - because you sit for at least 6 hours and there are quite a variety of snacks to eat in between. Students and other professors often come to the office as well.  So, don't forget to hang a "Busy" sign outside when eating snacks.😉😉 When I opened the refrigerator, I found a bunch of chives that were automatically picked up every time I went shopping. So tomorrow's lunch menu is decided to be Pajeon! Ingredients 1. dough 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup milk 1 egg 2. Inside 1 scallion 1 cup frozen shrimp 1 green...

What we need, Ground Beef/ Stew Beef / Chicken / Dried fish - 1/2 lb Dried Seaweed - a handful of 3 cloves of garlic - minced Sesame oil - 2 Table spoon Soy sauce - 1 Table spoon Salt - 1 teaspoon (add more or skip based on your preference) Water/Rice Water - 3 cups  *tips: I prefer to use rice water (when you wash rice, you will get a tons of rice water. Instead of throwing away, always save the second round rice water for cooking and the third round rice water for my facial wash.)  Today's my preparation: Rice Water, Seaweed soaked in the water, & Stew Beef Steps 1. In the small bowl, soak dried seaw...
